What is NTFS and why is it useful?

If you have ever formatted an external storage drive or inside your computer, then you have certainly seen the NTFS display as formatting option. You may have wondered what NTFS means, and if you get to this article, you're looking for an answer right now. If you want to know what the NTFS file system is and why you should format your drives using NTFS, read:

 What is NTFS?

NTFS is an acronym for NT File System or New Technology File System and is a file system used by the Windows operating system to identify how files are stored, named and organized on a hard- solid state drive (SSD), USB memory stick, microSD card and other similar storage devices.

When was NTFS invented and by whom?

NTFS is a file system that was created by Microsoft. It was introduced for the first time in July 1993 with Windows NT 3.1. Because it was designed to work with the Windows NT family of operating systems, Microsoft called it NT File System, becoming an abbreviated form of NTFS. Prior to NTFS, Windows operating systems used the FAT32 file system, and it had its limitations, such as the fact that it could only work with files smaller than 4 GB and partitions with a maximum size of 8 TO. It also did not offer data protection in the event of a power failure. NTFS was the answer to all these issues and even more: it provided better support for metadata, higher performance due to more efficient data structure, increased reliability, and so on. As a file system, NTFS has evolved during its lifetime, and Microsoft continues to improve it over its original version and develop a series of updates as the years go by. The main NTFS versions are:

  • NTFS 1: the first version to see the daylight when Windows NT 3.1 was released in 1993.
  • NTFS 1.1: It was released in 1995 with Windows NT 3.51.
  • NTFS 1.2: released with Windows NT 4.0 in 1996.
  • NTFS 3.0: was introduced for the first time in Windows 2000, which has been available for consumers since 2000.

NTFS 3.1: It was launched with Windows XP in 2001. Although it has received many new features after that, the NTFS base version has not changed since then. NTFS 3.1 was used in Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and 8.1 and Windows 10.

Reasons to use NTFS

NTFS is a file system that has many advantages. The most important are:

NTFS is a reliable file system. It can restore file system consistency in the event of a power failure. It can also rebuild the map with defective sectors by moving the data that can be retrieved from these sectors to others that are healthy and labeling the bad sectors so they will no longer be used.
Provides security, giving you the option to set file and folder permissions, so only users and user groups that they specify can access them.

Supports large partitions with a maximum theoretical dimension of 16 EiB (exbibytes) minus 1 KB, ie about 1152921 TB (terabytes)! However, the maximum size of a partition supported by Windows operating systems is only 256 TB, which is a considerable value anyway.

NTFS supports disk shares, which means you can control the available storage space on a hard drive or partition. They give administrators the option to configure the amount of information each user can store on a particular storage unit. If you want to know how to do this on your own Windows computer, read this guide: Simple Questions: What are Disk Dimensions & How Do They Set Up In Windows ?.

Can use file compression to increase free storage available on a storage drive. However, for the home user, the gain is overshadowed by the loss of system performance: every time you access compressed files, the operating system needs to decompress them and every time you finish working with them, they have to recompile them.

It gives you the option to use mounted volume, that is, you can access hard disk volumes as if they were regular folders in the file system. NTFS can recover free storage from "sparse" files by monitoring the consecutive zeros from the disk files. Instead of keeping the disk space occupied with empty information, these file regions can be replaced with metadata telling the operating system that there is that empty space.
NTFS has logging, which means it keeps a log with the files added, modified or deleted by

Reasons not to use NTFS

The disadvantages of the NTFS file system are:

Many mobile devices like smartphones and Android tablets do not support NTFS by default.
NTFS drives can be read by Mac OS computers, but they can only be written using third-party applications. Some older media devices, such as DVD players, TVs, or digital cameras, do not support NTFS storage devices. It does not include a system to guarantee the performance or bandwidth of the file system, as do other newer file systems. It can not work with an unlimited number of sub-directories as other file systems do. It is limited to 16,000 folders in one directory. For most users, however, this is not a problem.

How is NTFS used?

NTFS is the file system used by Microsoft's operating systems, starting with Windows XP. All versions of Windows since then use NTFS version 3.1. NTFS is also an excellent choice and a popular file system for large capacity hard disk drives because it supports large partitions and files. NTFS is not often used on SD cards and small capacity USB memory sticks. In these cases, FAT32 or exFAT are the preferred systems because they offer better compatibility with media devices.

If you want to know more about the best practices for the file system used to format different devices, should you read this guide: FAT32 or NTFS? How do I format SD cards, USB sticks or hard drives ?.
Is NTFS faster or slower than FAT32? The NTFS file system should be faster than FAT32. To see if this is true, I ran a few tests with CrystalDiskMark, using the two file systems on several storage devices I had on my desk. I used:

The 256GB Samsung NVMe M.2 PCI Express X4 SSD from our Lenovo Legion Y520 (represented by number 1),

  • A 250GB SATA III Samsung 750 EVO (represented by number 2),
  • a Kingston DataTraveler microDuo 3C (represented by number 3),
  • a IronKey D300 (represented by number 4) and
  • a SanDisk Ultra Fit (represented by number 5).

CPU for playing games in 2019

Buying a processor for game rigs is not as difficult as before.

Now AMD Ryzen and Intel 8 gen CPUs debuted with more performance and core than before, it's hard to buy less well these days - especially since most games prefer graphic firepower than CPUs. But all that is said, there are special chips that stand out from the horde as the best gaming CPU because of their good price, performance or extras.

Whether you have a budget or are willing to pay for the speed of melting faces, this is the best CPU for PC games that you can buy.

Choosing a processor will lock you to a compatible motherboard, which offers a variety of features. Be sure to check the PCWorld guide for AMD Ryzen and Intel 8-gen motherboards after you select the CPU to make sure you are tearing the best hardware for your needs. This article is regularly edited to include the latest information available.

News of the latest gaming CPUs

- Intel launched a limited edition Core i7-8086K processor on June 8, the first chip capable of hitting 5GHz out of the box. That's only when one core is being used. Only 50,000 of these chips were made, but at a cost of $ 425 on Newegg, Amazon, and Best Buy for what is essentially a better Core i7-8700K, only nostalgic computer users and overclocking fans should consider spending an extra $ 75 for a 8086K.

  • The best gaming CPU for most people
  • Intel Core i5-8400 ($ 180 on Amazon)

Pound for pounds, Intel Core i5-8400 is the best gaming CPU for most people.

Games love fast CPUs, and the Core i5-8400 relies on single-threaded performance of an Intel 8-gen processor with a fast Turbo Boost clock speed to deliver performance just slightly behind the best in class i7-8700K, per PC Gamer and TechSpot - and 8700K spend more money. Intel crashed the Core i5 chip into six generations of CPU cores, giving the Core i5-8400 plenty of tenacity for multi-threaded games and everyday desktop activities even though it didn't have Hyper-Threading.

The price of the Core i5-8400 is also correct. It costs $ 180 on Amazon and that with bundled CPU CPU cooler. The faster, Unlocked Core i5-8600K is worth $ 245 in Amazon without fan. You can't overclock the Core i5-8400, but that doesn't matter. This is screaming out of the box, and unless you want to run multiple graphics cards, because over-clocked K-series chips mean you might not need to buy an expensive Z370 motherboard, it lets you save more money with the H370 or instead, the motherboard B360.

The Core i5-8400 is fast burning and has tremendous value, but it may not be a chip for you if gaming is not your strong focus. The six CPU cores can handle many tasks, but if you plan to stream, video / image editing, or very heavy multitasking, the Ryzen 5 2600X 2-gen ($ 230 on Amazon) might be a better choice if you don't mind spending extra $ 50. Six cores are multi-threaded, giving you a total of 12 threads, and all Ryzen chips can be overclocked. Ryzen is a more complete chip, but for pure game chips, use Core i5-8400.
The best budget gaming CPU

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G ($ 100 on Amazon)

If you want a game CPU that doesn't damage the bank, look no further than the Ryzen 3 2200G. Continuing AMD's "APU" strategy, this chip combines four Ryzen CPU cores with eight extraordinary Radeon Vega AMD computing units. The end result? A powerful performance chip that can play PC games without the need for a graphics card.

The Ryzen 3 2200G handles e-sports titles like Fortnite, Dota 2, League of Legends, and Rocket League easily and alternately in a surprisingly good frame rate even in AAA games like Destiny 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. You might need to change some graphics settings and maybe play the game resolution back to 720p for the best results, but you can get most games that run between 30 and 60 frames per second with some tinkering.

You can enhance the gaming experience by pairing chips with an affordable FreeSync monitor for leveling and thwarting, such as Asus VG245H 1080p ($ 150 on Amazon), and faster memory because the chips use your system RAM to feed Radeon graphics. Ideally, you would want 2,933MHz or 3,200MHz 8GB RAM for the best results, but lower speeds still work. Just make sure you get a two-channel kit with two memory sticks - nukes single channel Ryzen 3 2200G gaming performance. You can also overclock the APU with a compatible AM4 Ryzen motherboard, or (of course) add a discrete graphics card.

Stepping into the Ryzen 5 2400G ($ 170 on Amazon) adds multi-threading simultaneously and three additional Vega counting units for faster performance, but at a much higher cost. Ryzen 3 2200G is the best choice for most people. If you plan to pair your budget CPU with a discrete GPU right away, higher single-threaded performance than the Core i3-8100 quad-core ($ 120 on Amazon) makes it a viable alternative. Avoid if you don't want to invest in a graphics card - Intel's integrated graphics are far worse than AMD and not really ready for the game.
The best high-end gaming CPU

Intel Core i7-8700K ($ 360 on Amazon)

If you really, positively want to push your game as fast as they can, no processor has ever offered Intel Core i7-8700K game performance, it stopped completely. Don't look further if you plan to flush your ultra-fast game monitor for every possible frame, or plan to take enthusiastic class graphics cards like the fierce GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

As a K-series processor, this chip can be overclocked when paired with an Intel Z370 motherboard, allowing you to push more pedals to the metal. Many chips can penetrate the 5GHz barrier when paired with fat aftermarket coolers. Intel also raised the number of its flagship generation this generation, increasing the Core i7-8700K to six core and twelve threads.

Consider skipping this chip if you don't drive a bloody game performance. Even without overclocking performance and six threads, the Core i5-8400 ($ 180 on Amazon) comes in striking distance from the 8700K out-of-the-box frame rate for almost half the cost, even though it can't be overclocked like 8700K. AMD 2nd-gen Ryzen 7 2700X ($ 330 on Amazon) falls right behind Intel gaming performance while offering eight cores and 16 threads that excel at productivity tasks. Equally important, the Ryzen 7 2700X costs $ 30 less than the Core i7-8700K, and is equipped with an excellent Wraith Prism cooler from AMD. Intel chips are not equipped with coolers; expect to spend $ 30 to $ 60 for comparable models, adding more costs compared to Ryzen 7 2700X.

Overall, we consider the AMD chip to be a better processor. But this is a gaming CPU, and no chip drives a frame as strong as the Core i7-8700K.

  • The best CPU for streaming
  • AMD 2-gene Ryzen CPU

AMD CPUs may be the main driver of Intel chips in pure gaming performance, but the superiority of their significant number of core gives Ryzen an edge if you plan to stream or record your game. The video task rests on your processor.

8 cores and 16 threads in the Ryzen 7 2700X ($ 330 on Amazon) make it the best gaming CPU for streaming if you play and record on one rig, especially if you are streaming video at high resolution, bitrate, and quality settings. If 2700X is a bit too rich for your blood, the Ryzen 5 2600X six-core ($ 230 on Amazon) also changes in strong streaming performance due to simultaneous multi-threading. Core i5-8600K rivals do not have Hyper-Threading and depend on four physical cores.

Testing by the Tech Report and Nexus Gamers (2600X and 2700X) shows that the Ryzen chip works slower on the streamer side compared to similar Intel CPUs. Experience for better viewers with Ryzen, though, especially because the quality goes up.

These are the 10 Best Android Apps in 2018 You Can Get Now!

Only three months left before 2018 ends. Many have made a list of the best things in 2018, not least for the discussion of applications. Like The Tech Inside, which makes a list of the best Android applications in 2018 that are useful for work activities and save users time. The selection of the application list is based on the rating given by the user, the popularity and special features provided.

Based on this, the IDN Times also lists the best applications that are liked by Android users locally. This selection is based on the uniqueness of features that give it a difference rather than other applications. Here's the list!

1. Waze

This application is a rival of Google Maps. With more interactive features, such as the replacement of the sound of the navigator that can be the voice of Dian Sastro, this application is favored by Indonesians.

You will see this application most of the time if you often use online motorcycle taxi services everyday. Waze defeated Google Map with a value of 4.6.

2. 1weather

There are many weather forecasters in the Play Store and not just one or two applications that can provide detailed info. It's just that these applications are so detailed and confusing. Unlike 1weather.

Although it only has a value of 4.6, 1weather is very comfortable to use because it looks simple. You just type the name of the city you want to know the weather. Then you just have to move to the right to get other information such as the calculation of the moon and sun.

3. Netflix

Can't help but recognized that Netflix is very much needed by people. As another option from YouTube, the 4.4 application gives alternative and unique films where not just anyone can get them. You will get a free trial for the first 30 days, but then you have to pay to subscribe.

4. WhatsApp Messenger

WhatsApp has many rivals in the messenger industry. Starting from Line, Facebook Messenger to Telegram. However, with the credibility that has been built in the past and through a lot of development, WhatsApp keeps trying to convince its users of the quality of the application. In the case of India they responded immediately with an update limiting the message forward.

5. Adobe Spark Post

Adobe is already famous for its design and photography software. From Photoshop to Light room. But there is one that attracts attention for the android application, Adobe Spark Post.

This application makes it easy for you to create attractive designs, but very instant. Spark posts are most helpful if you like posting stories on social media because of the charming templates. So just adjust it to your photo.

6. Pokemon Quest

Not complete when talking about applications but does not mention any applications related to games. Rather than Pokemon Go, to be honest Nintendo's game called Pokemon Quest is more interesting. The concepts and artstyle that are different from the whole Pokemon game make this game stand out compared to various other application-based games.

7. Runtastic

For those who like sports, there are also good applications for exercise. Named Runtastic, this application records the overall jogging or running activities.

An application that uses sensors on your smartphone to record your distance and running speed will provide info on how hard your sport is going. This application can also estimate your heart rate and calories burned while running.

8. PicsArt

Another option for Adobe Spark Post. PicsArt is a widely downloaded application for photo editing applications. Apart from providing various options for editing your photos, this application also has its own social network to showcase photos of your work. Its features include collages, drawing on photos, frames, stickers and more.

9. Alarmy (Sleep If U Can)

Do you have problems not being able to wake up? The Alarmy application is the best application you can get. Alarmy provides a new way to make you unable to turn off the alarm by giving puzzles and challenges before you can really turn it off. The puzzle will also wake you up because you have to concentrate.

10. Feedly

Feedly is a news aggregation application like the Today Line. What is the difference is Feedly collects outside news, such as from blogs, online magazines, YouTube channels and more. Many professional people, especially those creative journalists who take outside sources, use Feedly to search for news.

Is there an application that you have tried? Try it first, because this application is really interesting and different from the others. What application do you think is the most interesting?

Review: Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro - Multimedia Generation

Last year, Samsung started bringing the "Pro" naming to their Samsung Galaxy series

Starting with the Galaxy A9 Pro. This visualization was seen focusing on the creation of a 6-inch screen besides offering memory exceeding 4GB of RAM, along with processing chips in the middle class at slightly lower prices compared to flagip devices. On the Galaxy A9 Pro, it also carries a high battery capacity with a capacity of 5000 Mah.

The Galaxy C9 Pro also carries offers

That are almost similar to what was brought through the A9 Pro, which was also authorized by the 6-inch screen. It also brings increased memory which is now supplied with 6GB RAM as high as memory, in providing comprehensive multitasking capabilities in an easy device. But the capacity is a bit small compared to the Galaxy A9 Pro, which now offers a standard 4000 mAh capacity for devices with a screen of 6-inches.

The Galaxy C9 Pro is also seen giving competition to the Oppo R9s Plus offering almost the same specifications.

The Oppo R9s Plus comes with an AMOLED 6-inch screen, Snapdragon 653 processing chip, 6GB RAM memory, 16MP f / 1.7 camera, with 4000 mAh battery capacity. But the price of this Oppo device is seen to have a difference of as much as RM199, which is RM2498 compared to RM2299 for the price of the Galaxy C9 Pro.

As a device with the name "Pro".

The Galaxy C9 Pro may be said to have a high-level specification offer, at a price of 2/3 than a flagship device. With the offer of a 6-inch screen, it is seen targeting advanced users of devices with large screen screens, together with devices that can provide smooth performance for daily use and games.

Forms

At a glance this device reminds me of the imagery of Oppo and Vivo devices, both in terms of the front and rear parts. It's not like most of the latest Samsung Galaxy A devices, which are more like flagship-like offers through glass-based fiction. But on the Galaxy C9 Pro, it comes with a metal image like the Galaxy J7 Prime but is large and powerful like the Galaxy A9 Pro.

Like the Galaxy C9, it displays an antenna line that can be seen, but now it is refined with three lines. The camera's imagery has also been reduced in terms of thickness, but it is no longer decorated with black frames around the camera like the Galaxy C9. It is also rather thin through the thickness of the device as much as 6.9 mm, but the experience of holding it is not very satisfying. With a 6-inch telephony size, the rather sharp side of the phone makes it less comfortable when holding it for a long period of time. It is not like holding a Galaxy A9 Pro which is more comfortable to hold through 7.9mm thickness.

Speaking of connection ports, he still brought a 3.5mm earphone jack which is located on the bottom of the device. Next to this connection has been placed a USB-C connection which also contributes to the proper charging function. Interesting about this device, it comes with a stereo-based sound magnifier, by making the earpiece a second sound enlarging channel. It also carries two channel microphones, on the top and bottom of the device to make it easier for you to record a conversation or two things.

In terms of exposure, the Galaxy C9 Pro has delivered a 6-inch screen like the one present on the Galaxy A9 Pro. It also offers similar exposure technology, through Super mumbled panels with 1080p resolution. The quality of the screen is seen bright and sharp for daily use, which is also easily seen under the sun. As a safeguard for this exposure, it has been brought in with Gorilla Glass 3 glass to reduce cracks and calibration results rather than user fidelity. At the top of the device puts a 16MP f / 1.9 selfie camera, earpiece, proximity sensor along with the support of notification LEDs that are hidden on the bottom of the glass exposure device.

At the bottom of this exposure, there are three buttons, consisting of two lighted capacities beads which act as multitasking and back buttons. The home button in the middle is also designed based on the item that can be pressed, which also brings the function as a fingerprint impact. In terms of the period of retaliation, this fingerprint performs appropriately, which I may say about 0.4s. It also has several interesting functions, such as the ability to lock applications and files, and make it easier for you to log in when web browsing.

In terms of the position of the button

The power button has been placed on the right side of the device which is easy to reach on one hand. Likewise with the sound dissolution button, it is located on the left side of the device which location is so suitable for the 6-inch device imagery. What's interesting is that it also carries a dual-sim slot and a separate microSD card slot to make it easier for you to use both sims and microSD storage simultaneously. In terms of deposit, it offers a 64GB deposit that can be upgraded to 256GB via a microSD deposit.

System

Galaxy C9 Pro has been implemented with Touch wiz UI, which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This interface displays a container that is packed and cheerful, through a modern display of icons and along with color choices that are enough to drag. The presentation forms are also mastered with concise and minimalist imagery, bringing a touch of one who is present at Material Design. He also performed well, unlike previous versions of Touch wiz which were rather heavy and disrupt the smooth performance.

The display of the home screen carried by the interface still brings the app drawer function to allow applications to be placed more regularly. All applications that are on this app drawer may be arranged according to your choice, not followed by the alphabetical order as done on Google and Pixel Launcher. It also justifies you to exchange themes for your mood and choice, through the support of Samsung Themes, which places a number of downloadable and down-loaded themes.

Touch Wiz Ul also displays some interesting functions including Secure Folder as a center for locking up your personal applications and files. It also includes Samsung Health, which is an application that monitors your daily fitness activities with sync support to be synchronized on other Android devices. Even though it is implemented with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, this interface still provides multi-window support to allow two applications to run simultaneously on this device screen.

Samsung also performs the Always On Display function on the Galaxy C9 Pro to make it easier for you to see the clock and continuous notification of notifications. He also perpetuated several functions that have been present on Samsung devices before this such as Smart Stay, Smart Capture, and one-handed operation, along with the ability to launch the camera's function by pressing the home button twice. For fans of FM Radio, this function is also provided in this device which requires an earphone connection to use it.

Achievement

The Galaxy C9 Pro has been processed with Snapdragon 653 chips, which is the same processing chip used on the Oppo R9s Plus. He presented two different usage clusters, which consisted of powerful use clusters and efficient power usage clusters. The powerful usage cluster consists of 4 x Cortex-A72 1.95 GHz when the efficient power usage cluster represents 4 x Cortex-A53 1.4 GHz. This kind of fabrication allows chips to prioritize a cluster in more detail while also optimizing in terms of performance and also the life span of the battery.

When tested on the Benchmark application, the Galaxy C9 Pro gives a rather high eye for mid-class devices, through the eyes as much as 84.122. He matched the achievements of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (2015) which gave 83,944 eyes when tested through this level marker application. The achievements of the Pro C9 have also left some of the flagship outputs of the past years such as the Galaxy S6 Edge with around 81,087 eyes, HTC One M9 (79,965), and Xperia Z5 (76,862).

When used in the real world

This device is quite brilliant in dealing with a number of daily assignments on the device without any lag or hiccup issues. Opening the application can be opened immediately which does not require around 1-3 times to wait for the application to be available. Likewise, in terms of achievements when exchanging applications or multitasking, applications behind the veil can be held in a large number of applications, through the use of 6GB of RAM memory. Opening dozens of tabs on Chrome also does not provide a reload problem when the user accesses the previously opened tab.

His game achievements also gave a fairly brilliant fluency when playing intensive graphics. Playing the game Assassin 'Creed: Identity, GTA: San Andreas, and Bully: Anniversary Edition can be played at a consistent frame rate even though it is set on a high chart constant. The use of the Adreno 510 GPU is of course much help in driving the performance of the game on this device whether it is helped with 6GB of RAM which offers more memory space.

Camera

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has brought the 16MP f / 1.9 main camera as imported on the Galaxy A9 Pro. It is equipped with support such as the Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) with a dual-color LED flash display for more neutral coloring. But one support that is not present is the support of Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) which helps to improve image sharpness and also video.

The quality of the images presented by this device gives the ability that is bright enough for the intimate depiction of light. The color often seems to drag, which is more in the direction of yellow. The details of the image are also seen sharply when receiving sufficient lighting. What I really like is the control of this device's dynamic range camera that is able to provide a balance of light with a single eye.

The device's camera also offers the ability to portray the night through the aperture f / 1.9.

It allows more light to be absorbed while providing brighter images for night portrayals. The results are seen to be quite accurate, with noise reduction in dark parts without the need to give picture problems in soft conditions. The light escort is also quite praised, which is able to illuminate the surroundings with enough lighting.

The camera application on the C9 Pro is seen giving a camera interface with a minimum of icons and text. It comes with several standard functions such as panorama, continuous shot, HDR, and Night which can be paired with your photography needs. He also offers a Food function, which is able to improve lighting and color for depictions involving food. If you want to add functionality to this camera application, it also comes with its own marketplace for the ability to load-down additional camera mods.

Only one case that slightly disappointed me was the lack of manual efficacy.

It only gives users to guard exposure, ISO (100-800), White Balance, and metering without any control for shutter speed. As a device with the name "Pro", the ability of manual photography like this is very encouraging. The Honor 5C device offered at a price of RM799 is far better in terms of manual control, by giving ISO options (100-1600) and shutter speed control from 1/4000 to 8 times.

For selfie depiction, C9 Pro also offers a camera before the 16MP f / 1.9, as has been offered on the A9 Pro. For the quality, the color sometimes fades a bit, not so much when compared to the quality of the selfie than the Galaxy A7 (2017). At indoor locations, it also provides a slight noise appearance in the dark. The result is that I may say simple, not as good as devices that focus on selfies on the market at a lower price than this device.

For video recording capabilities, the C9 Pro is only capable of recording video at 1080p @ although this device is offered to split over RM2000. Snapdragon 653 processing chips are actually capable of recording at 4K resolution, but have been exposed by manufacturers themselves, as experienced by Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. But when talking about the quality of video footage, the results are good for daily recording, especially in terms of focusing, sharpness and color .

Battery

As a device by offering a large screen screen, the Galaxy C9 Pro has been equipped with 4000 mAh battery capacity, resembling what is offered on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. This capacity has provided a lifetime of use for this Xiaomi device, but with a 6-inch screen, the Galaxy C9 Pros may be impressed by the slightly low usage period. It is also paired with 28nm based processing chips, compared to 14nm (Snapdragon 625) which is more efficient, as it has been present on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.

As a result of use for a day, the Galaxy C9 Pro is able to provide Screen-on-Time (SoT) readings of around 6 hours 24 minutes with a 24-hour lifespan. It is a pretty good reading because it can give the SoT period more than 4 hours for the entire day. But this reading is a little dead to the Redmi Note 4, which often gives SoT readings around 7-8 hours. In addition to the difference in custom processing chips (28nm vs 14nm), this reading may be impressed by the larger (6-inch) C9 Pro screen compared to 5.5-inches on the Redmi Note 4.

The Galaxy C9 Pro is also equipped with an appropriate charging function, through Adaptive Fast Charging technology. With the 5V-2A / 9V-1.67A charging technique, it is capable of reaching 58% in a 45 minute period which is still feasible like most appropriate charging technologies. Also for full charging, the Galaxy C9 Pro requires 1 hour 36 minutes to charge batteries from 0-100%.

Formulation

Galaxy C9 Pro is enough to meet your needs for those who want a device with a large screen screen, along with the achievement of appropriate devices for the daily. Matching Snapdragon 653 chips with 6GB of RAM memory is able to provide a brilliant smooth performance in addition to providing smooth performance to play games with intensive graphics. It is also designed with brilliant multimedia needs through offering a 6-inch Super AMBLED screen together with the effort of stereo-based sound enlarger.

But the use of the name "Pro" has invited perceptions that are a little skeptical of the inability of these devices. It includes a camera section that does not offer OIS functions, comprehensive manual control, and the absence of 4K support for video footage. Aside from the function of the camera, it also does not carry any smooth support for water which does not run along with what is offered by the latest Galaxy A series. To add more contract angles to this device, I expect the creation to be as interesting as the series of Galaxy A (2017) which now more resembles the flagship imagery than the Galaxy S. series

Pro

  • The camera brings good achievements to depict day and night.
  • Offers smooth achievements for daily and games.
  • Fingerprint give the level of appropriate response.
  • Present with bright exposure through Super AMBLED screen.
  • Provides longer battery life.
  • present is seen as packaged, cheerful, and interesting.
  • Offers dual dual sim and microSD slots.

Cons

  • The design is not as beautiful as other Samsung devices.
  • The camera function does not offer comprehensive manual control
  • There is no OIS support and 4K rage.
  • No splash / waterproof support.

For devices at the surrounding price, the Oppo R9s Plus is seen to provide a better camera capability, especially for those of you who like to use video recording functions. With the addition of RM199, you will receive the availability of a 16MP f / 1.7 camera along with OIS, 4K video support, and more appropriate charging technology through VOOC Fast Charging. Apart from the Oppo device, the OnePlus 3T device is also the ideal choice for prices at prices below the price of RM2500, through Snapdragon 821 processing chips which are more appropriate with 6GB RAM memory usage.

Overall, the Galaxy C9 Pro is still seen as a good device offering through screens, batteries and achievements. It is more ideal for multimedia use with very bright exposure, for playing content such as videos and playing your favorite games. The battery also provides a standard lifespan, which is able to handle your easy use throughout the day. For a price of RM2299, it is a multimedia entertainment package that includes a 6-inch screen together with the appropriateness of a device like a flagship device.
